Hi, I’m Alicia, LMSW, a Clinical Social Worker dedicated to supporting individuals through trauma and healing. I also work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief, and life transitions. Whatever brings you to therapy, I believe your experiences deserve to be understood with compassion, curiosity, and without judgment.

Life can sometimes leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. You may be navigating the lasting effects of trauma, struggling with anxiety or depression, adjusting to a major life transition, grieving a loss, or trying to better understand how ADHD affects your daily life and relationships. Sometimes, you may simply know that something doesn’t feel right and that you’re ready for support. Wherever you find yourself, you don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out.

I take a client-centered, strengths-based approach and believe that you are the expert on your own life. My role is to come alongside you, understand your experiences, and work collaboratively toward the goals that are meaningful to you. Together, we can explore what may be getting in the way, build on the strengths you already have, and develop tools to help you navigate life with greater understanding, confidence, and self-compassion.

Reaching out for help can feel scary and vulnerable. If you are here, I want to acknowledge your bravery in starting the search for help. As your therapist, I want to meet you where you are and go at a pace that feels comfortable and manageable for you. Therapy should be a space where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing without fear of judgment.

I hope to create a space where you can come as you are, speak openly and honestly, and feel seen, understood, and supported without judgment. You don’t have to navigate difficult seasons alone. Whether you’re working through something you’ve carried for years or finding your way through something new, you deserve support, understanding, and a space to make sense of it all. I’d be honored to help you find your way through this.

Are you willing to take that first step? If so, I’d love to take that step with you.
