Katelyn Napier is a dedicated mental health professional with a strong commitment to supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. She specializes in working with pre-teens, adolescents, and adults, providing compassionate and evidence-based care to help clients improve their emotional well-being and build healthier relationships.
Katelyn has experience supporting clients struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. She also works with couples and families, helping them navigate communication challenges, relationship stress, and family dynamics in a supportive therapeutic environment.
In addition to her clinical work, Katelyn is a certified Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) Parent Educator, where she provides guidance and practical tools to parents facing everyday parenting challenges. She supports families in developing effective parenting strategies, strengthening parent-child relationships, and addressing behavioral concerns.
Katelyn’s therapeutic approach is client-centered, collaborative, and strengths-based, integrating techniques from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and trauma-informed care. Her goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences, develop coping skills, and work toward meaningful personal growth.
